Can I keep my existing number when switching to BizBootstrap?
Yes, you can easily transfer your current mobile number to BizBootstrap. You'll just need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current provider.
How can I check network coverage in my area?

What happens at the end of my minimum term?
Your plan will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you choose to renew, upgrade, or cancel your service.
How do I report lost or stolen equipment?
Contact our customer services immediately to report lost or stolen devices or SIM cards to prevent unauthorized use.
How will my monthly charges change each year?
Monthly charges typically increase annually by a fixed percentage each March. Customers on fixed-price plans will not experience price increases during their minimum term.
How do I terminate my contract?
You can terminate your service by giving at least 30 days’ written notice. Early termination charges may apply if you cancel before your minimum term ends.
How can I pay my bill?
Payments can be made electronically via Direct Debit, credit/debit card, or other methods detailed in your monthly bill. Payment instructions and billing details are provided electronically.
