Will there be any price hikes during my plan's stated length?

No. We keep our promise, and the price you signed up with will be the price you pay for the duration of your plan.

Does my data allowance renew?

Yes! Your plan has unlimited data so you can use as much data as you need for the duration of your plan. Please check our acceptable use policy for any fair-use limits.

Can I bring my number to my new plan?

Yes. You can provide your PAC code at sign-up or after you sign-up and we can port your existing number over to your new SIM plan. Speak to us on WhatsApp if you need us to walk you through the process of obtaining your PAC code.

Can I get an eSIM?

Yes, we can provide an eSIM for your new plan, please indicate on the order form you require an eSIM instead of a physical SIM. Or let us know before you order and we will look out for your confirmation and ensure you receive an eSIM instead.
